Document Details

Once you have searched for an LDF document and selected it for viewing, the Document Details page displays details of the document record in the following sections, or tabs:

  • Document Details.
  • Important Dates.
  • Comment History, from which you can view comments made by other users.
  • View Documents, from which you can view any documents related to the record.
  • Examination Details, from which you can view details about examinations carried out on the document.

    • In addition, you can submit a comment or document enquiry about the document.

    If a field contains the information No Details, the local authority does not have any information held for the field. This will be either because the local authority does not store that information, or the field is not relevant to the document in its current status.

    The information contained in the help should be used as a guide only. The information displayed in PublicAccess may vary.
