Once you have searched for a food premises and selected it for viewing, the Premises Details page displays details of the food premises in the following sections, or tabs:
At the top of the Premises Details page, the food hygiene rating is represented in text and symbol form. The way that it is represented is determined by the local authority.
In addition, you can submit a comment about the food premises.
If a field contains the information No Details, the local authority does not have any information held for the field. This will be either because the local authority does not store that information, or the field is not relevant to the premises.
